We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

Yes, every Kai Jewel purchase comes with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
